With the 2026 STAAR tests fast approaching, one of the best ways to prepare is by closely examining how standards have been tested in the past. Use the table below to explore in-depth explorations of the 2025 tests, including detailed test walk-throughs, common misconceptions, and instructional implications. For each grade level, I examined the readiness standards that had less than 60% mastery on each assessment.
