7th Grade Math - Area of Composite Figures

This post explains and gives practice opportunities related to TEKS 7.9C:

determine the area of composite figures containing combinations of rectangles, squares, parallelograms, trapezoids, triangles, semicircles, and quarter circles

Instruction

Students learn to extend their knowledge of area to composite figures and area with sections removed.
