3rd Grade Math - Even and Odd

This post explains and gives practice opportunities related to TEKS 3.4I:

determine if a number is even or odd using divisibility rules

Instruction

Even and odd is more than simply memorizing which digits in the ones place make a number one or the other. Students need to go deeper and understand divisibility to truly master even and odd.

Oral Language Development

Students process information through talking and conversing, not simply listening or watching a teacher demonstration. Here are so talk structures aligned with 3.4I to help you students unmute in the classroom.
